Hello. I believe that making is thinking. My interests span areas such as social software, sustainability, urbanism, DIY publishing, emergent democracy & software art.

I study cities with computers at CASA. My doctoral research focuses on connectivity in urban spatial systems, here's some background. The research draws on complexity science to gain a better understanding of the city. I publish my work at urbagram.

Before my PhD, I worked for over three years as a software developer at Last.fm - a social music platform based in the UK.

I publish software art on my own imprint, stdio.

I studied computing at Imperial College, London. My dissertation was on Social Software.

At the time of writing, the last book I've read is Desert Islands & Other Texts by Gilles Deleuze.

I live in Hackney, London. I like it here.

Still reading? I guess you can email me, browse my blog or disappear into the hypernet.

Goodbye.
